第三届青岛·东亚版权创意精品展示交易会

实施方案

 

Implementation Plan of the 3rd Qingdao · East Asia Copyright Creative

Boutique Exhibition Fair

 

        为切实加强版权保护,大力实施创新驱动战略,推动大众创业、万众创新,促进版权产业发展,扩大东亚地区等国际间的交流与合作,充分利用青岛在“一带一路”战略中的区位优势和版权保护及相关产业发展等优势,依托国家级青岛国际版权交易中心,定于2017年4月14日至4月16日举办第三届“青岛·东亚版权创意精品展示交易会”(以下简称“东亚版交会”)。具体实施方案如下:

 

        The 3rd Qingdao · East Asia Copyright Creative Boutique Exhibition Fair is scheduled on April 14 to April 16, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “East Asia Copyright Fair”), aiming to strengthen copyright protection, vigorously implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, promote the mass entrepreneurship and innovation, accelerate the development of the copyright industry, and expand the international exchanges and cooperation in East Asia and other regions, by making full

 

 

 

 

use of Qingdao’s geographical advantage in the “Belt and Road Initiative” and in the development of the copyright industry and other related industries, while relying on the state-level Qingdao international copyright trading center. The Fair’s implementation plan is as follows:

 

一、组织架构

二、实施计划及定位

 

II. Implementation Plan and Positioning

 

       第三届“东亚版交会”拟定于2017年4月14日-4月16日在青岛华秀国际会展中心举办,突出中高端特色,拓展服务目标和客户群,实现专业化和社会化互补,为优秀版权生产商、参展商、贸易商以及研究人员和观展人员搭建国际国内交流、交易与合作的平台,给参展企业带来效益、观众带来实惠,切实把“东亚版交会”办成区域性、专业性、国际性的精品展会。

 

       The 3rd “East Asia Copyright Fair” is scheduled on April 14 to April 16, 2017 in Qingdao Huaxiu International conference and exhibition center. The exhibition will highlight its high-end characteristics, expand its service goals and target customers, and realize the complementation of specialization and socialization. It will establish a platform for international and domestic exchanges, trade and cooperation for excellent copyright producers, exhibitors, traders, researchers and visitors. This exhibition will bring benefits to both exhibitors and the audience, and truly make the “East Asia Copyright Fair” a regional, professional and international boutique exhibition.

 

三、运作模式

 

III. Operation Mode

 

       “东亚版交会”将采取“政府引导、企业主体、市场运作、社会参与”的模式,进一步发挥市场在配置会展资源中的作用,加大市场化运作力度,吸引更多版权创意知名企业参展。

 

      “East Asia Copyright Fair” will adopt a mode of “the government as the guide, enterprises as the main body, together with market operation and social participation”. It will give full play to the role of the market in the exhibition resource allocation, intensify the market-oriented operation, and attract more well-known copyright creative enterprises.

 

四、展会主题、规模与内容

(一)展会主题。

(二)参展规模。

 

2. Exhibition scale

 

拟吸纳与版权创意有关的400家左右国内外中高端实体企业参展,其中国内知名企业180余家,山东省品牌企业60余家,东亚地区等企业130余家,欧美品牌企业30余家。同时,诚邀国内外专业买家3000余家参展。

 

The exhibition plans to accommodate approximately 400 high-end, copyright and creativity related enterprises from both home and abroad, including over 180 famous domestic enterprises, over 60 enterprises in Shandong Province, over 130 enterprises in East Asia, and over 30 enterprises from Europe and the US. At the same time, it plans to sincerely invite over 3,000 domestic and foreign professional buyers.

 

(三)主要内容。

 

3. Main contents

 

1、工业设计展区。展示交易国内外具有版权属性的最新创意的工业设计、软件和信息技术的最新成果,更加突出“互联网+”产品及最新日用工业设计作品的展示交易。主要展示交易产品包括3D打印、机器人技术、专业计算机软件及各类具有版权属性的日用电子产品等。

 

(1) Industrial design area. This area will exhibit the latest creative industrial designs, software and the latest achievements of information technology with copyright property from both home and abroad. It will further highlight the exhibition and trade of the “Internet +” products and the latest daily-use industrial design works. Main products for the exhibition and trade include 3D printing, robot technology, professional computer software and all kinds of daily-use electronic products with copyright property.

 

2、文化创意展区。集中展示国内外最新创意的新闻出版、影视音乐、动漫游戏、艺术美术等方面的优秀作品。主要交易内容包括图书、音像、电子出版物、原创电影电视作品、影视音乐制作新技术和新设备、漫画、动画、游戏娱乐及衍生产品、电子竞技、COSPLAY表演、动画体验等。

 

(2) Cultural creativity area. This area will showcase excellent works with the latest creative ideas from both home and abroad in fields of press and publication, film, television and music, animation and games, and arts. Items for trade include books, audio and video products, electronic publications, original film and television productions, new technologies and equipments for producing film, television and music, comics, animations, games and entertainment derivatives, e-sports, COSPLAY performances, animation experiences, etc.

 

3、主宾国展区。拟邀请日本以“主宾国”的形式参展。“主宾国”将组织本国的版权领域领军企业及版权产业相关机构参展。

 

(3) Guest of honor area. This exhibition will invite Japan as the guest of honor. “Guest of honor” will organize its leading enterprises and institutions in the copyright industry to participate in the exhibition.

 

4、全国版权示范城市及版权交易中心展区。拟邀请杭州、成都、广州、苏州、昆山、厦门、张家港、东莞等全国版权示范城市(含正在创建城市)及北京、华中、西安等国家级版权交易中心参展,集中展示交易版权服务和产业发展成果。

 

(4) The national copyright model cities and copyright trading centers area. This area will invite national copyright model cities (including cities pursuing copyright model) such as Hangzhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Kunshan, Xiamen, Zhangjiagang and Dongguan, and state-level copyright trading centers such as Beijing, central China, Xi’an, to showcase copyright trading services and achievements of the copyright industry.

 

5、山东版权创意成果展区。拟组织山东省版权创意优秀企业和成果参展。

 

(5) Shandong copyright and creativity achievements area. This area will invite excellent copyright and creative enterprises and achievements in Shandong province to participate in the exhibition.

 

四、展会期间拟开展的主要活动

 

V. Main Activities During the Exhibition

 

(一)“城市传媒杯”国际青少年动漫创意作品大赛。拟以世界动画协会中国分会名义组织国际青少年开展以动画、漫画为主题的版权创意作品大赛,鼓励青少年积极参与到创新、创造中来,普及版权保护知识,提升社会各界特别是青少年尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重创造、尊重人才的意识。本次大赛主要面向全球12-35岁适龄青少年,参赛作品以动画、漫画作品为主,创作内容健康、形象生动、创意新颖、有较强艺术感染力和审美情趣的原创动漫创意作品。大赛拟从2016年4月底开始启动,到2017年3月份征集完毕,通过专家委员会评选出金、银、铜奖,并在“东亚版交会”开幕仪式上颁奖,对部分优秀作品进行现场展示与交易。

 

1. “City Media Cup” International Youth Animation and Creativity Works Contest. This contest is held on behalf of ASIFA-China. It will invite international teenagers to participate in the contest with the theme of animations and comics. It encourages teenagers to take an active part in innovation and creativity, popularizes knowledge of copyright protection, and enhances public awareness of “respect for labor, respect for knowledge, respect for creation and respect for talents” in all sectors of society, especially teenagers. The contest invites teenagers aged from 12-35 across the globe, welcomes animation and comic entries, especially original works with healthy content, vivid figures, creative ideas, strong artistic appeal and aesthetics. The contest will start at the end of April, 2016 and finish the collection of works in March, 2017. Then its expert committee will vote for gold, silver, and bronze prizes, and the award ceremony will be held at the opening ceremony of the “East Asia Copyright Fair”. Some outstanding works will have the opportunity of on-site exhibition and trade.

 

(二)首届“国际动画高峰论坛”。拟由国内外知名动画学者、专家就动画创作与发展最新问题开展交流研讨。

 

2. The 1st “International Animation Peak Forum”. This forum will invite famous scholars and experts from both home and abroad to discuss and exchange views on the latest issues in animation creation and development.

 

(三)参展作品(产品)评选。组织专家对所有参展作品(产品)进行现场评选,对评选出的优秀创意作品(产品)分别授予金、银、铜奖,并进行宣传推介。

 

3. Assessment and selection of the exhibits (products). It will organize experts to have on-site assessment and selection of exhibits. The selected outstanding creative works (products) will be awarded gold, silver and bronze prizes and be promoted.

 

(四)中韩CEO峰会及中韩青年企业家创新创业高峰论坛。组织国内和韩国部分高端版权创意领域企业开展交流推介和洽谈合作。

 

4. China-South Korea CEO Summit and China-South Korea Young Entrepreneurs Innovation and Entrepreneurship Peak Forum. It will invite some high-end enterprises in copyright and creativity field from China and South Korea to carry out exchanges, promotion and cooperation.

 

(五)著作权免费登记和咨询。展会期间,向省内来青参展商及社会各界开展免费著作权登记活动,争取开通国家级版权作品登记绿色通道,并提供版权保护与版权创意产业发展政策及法律咨询。

 

5. Free copyright registration and consultation. During the exhibition, it will provide free copyright registration to all exhibitors from Shandong Province and all sectors of society. It will strive to open a state-level green channel of copyright registration and provide policy and law consultation on copyright protection and the development of copyright and creativity industry.

 

(六)版权作品网络推广交易活动。于2016年底至2017年6月,利用半年的时间,在“东亚版交会”官网以及青岛国际版权交易中心“众研网”等网络平台,将展会的参展作品及部分版权作品资源集中线上推广交易,实现展会提前预热宣传和交易成果巩固推广。

 

6. Internet promotion and trade of copyrighted works. From the end of 2016 to June, 2017, through internet platforms such as the official website of “East Asia Copyright Fair”, the Zoneyan (http://www.ubrworks.com/) of Qingdao International Copyright Trading Center, it will show exhibits and some copyrighted works and resources online for online promotion and trade, to advertise the exhibition in advance and consolidate and promote trading achievements.

 

(七)开展互联网版权知识有奖答题活动。采用“互联网+”思维推广版权知识普及,2016年12月利用“东亚版交会”微信平台,开展互联网版权知识有奖答题活动。同时,在“东亚版交会”前后,社会各界可以随时通过微信平台分享版权作品的照片和感言,实现线上线下互动,充分借助“互联网+”的模式,推动版权知识普及和创新。

 

7. Prize-giving contest of Internet copyright knowledge. It will popularize copyright knowledge by using “Internet +” thinking method. In December 2016, it will use the WeChat platform of “Eat Asia Copyright Fair” to run the Prize-giving contest of internet copyright knowledge. Meanwhile, before and after the “Eat Asia Copyright Fair”, all sectors of society can share pictures of copyrighted works and their comments. This activity will realize online and offline interaction and further the popularization and innovation of copyright knowledge by making full use of the “Internet +” mode.

 

(八)其他。根据行业和参展企业需要,由招展牵头单位负责召集举办版权创意方面的论坛或研讨会,搭建版权创意交流的高端平台。

 

8. Other activities. As required by the industry and exhibitors, the leading exhibition organizers will be responsible for holding forums or seminars on copyright and creativity, and establishing a high-end platform for the exchanges of copyright and creativity.

 

五、宣传推介

 

VI. Publicity and Promotion

 

       充分利用人民日报、新华社、中央电视台、中央广播电台、光明日报、经济日报、科技日报、工人日报、法制日报、经济参考报、中国日报、中国文化报、中国新闻出版广电报等国家级媒体及各大网站和国外有关媒体、山东省和青岛各大媒体以及网络,进行广泛深入的宣传推介。展会期间还将举办多场媒体见面会、嘉宾专访等活动。

 

       This exhibition will make full use of state-level media and major websites, such as People’s Daily, Xinhua news agency, China Central Television (CCTV), China National Radio, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, Science and Technology Daily, Workers’ Daily, Legal Daily, Economic Information Daily, China Daily, China Culture Daily, and China Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Daily, related foreign media, Shandong and local media as well as the Internet, to have wide and deep publicity and promotion of the exhibition. During the exhibition, press conferences, guest interviews and other activities will be held as well.

 

       “东亚版交会”将有效带动山东乃至华东、华北、东北、沿黄流域和东亚地区版权创意产业与现代服务业发展,同时,普及版权知识,增强版权意识,为建设创新型城市和国家提供持续动力。

 

       “East Asia Copyright Fair” will effectively promote the development of the copyright and creativity industry and modern service industry in Shandong Province, even in East China, North China, Northeast China, areas along the Yellow River and the East Asia. At the same time, it will popularize copyright knowledge, enhance people’s awareness of copyright, and continuously give impetus to building innovative cities and an innovative country.
